Chris Martinez: has been with Universal Toyota for a year and has been a valuable edition to the team. He was on the ball from the very beginning, and he worked with my wife and me for 3 days to help us get the truck we wanted. He never rushed us once; this is important, because the last 3 new cars I bought were Toyotas, and in each instance, the salesman nearly lost the deal by rushing us.
