Glenn Galloway: has been with Universal Toyota for two years and has excelled since the day he arrived.  Although he has 26 years of sales experience, he had never really worked in the auto industry, but he is a natural.  We were lucky to steal him away and he has already been salesman of the month four times in his first year.  He is very knowledgable about the Toyota line and has a solid "Green" rating in Toyota's "Customer Service Index."  He is part of the new car internet sales team.  Glenn lives in San Antonio with his wife and enjoys biking and hiking when he is not at work.

 Trel Lloyd: has been with Universal Toyota for a little over a year and a half andhas been in the auto industry for five years.  He is both Toyota and Scion certified on the new car internet sales team, and has a solid "Green" rating in Toyota's "Customer Service Index." Trel started in auto sales after he retired from a 22-year career with American Airlines.  Before moving to New Braunfels, where he currently lives with his wife and son, he lived in Puerto Rico for seventeen years and owned seven restaraunts.

Barrette Haigler: has been with Universal Toyota for three years. He is certified in the entire Toyota line-up as well as Scion and is part of the new car sales team.  Barrette is passionate about selling cars and is definitely the life of the party out on the showroom floor!  He lives in San Antonio with his wife, and besides his career in the car business, he is a talented Jazz musician and cook--currently working on his first recipe book.

Kevin Rumsey: has been with Universal Toyota for a little over a year, but has been has been in the auto industry for eighteen years.  Although he graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he soon left that profession after getting an opportunity at a car dealership--he fell in love and never turned back.  Kevin is best known for putting his customers needs first and being up front and honest. He lives in Cibolo with his daughter and two sons and enjoys playing golf when he has free time.

Syed Haider: has been with Universal Toyota a short time, but has worked with Toyota for over five years. He is very knowledgable about our brand and is both Toyota and Scion certified.  Syed lives in San Antonio with his wife and they enjoy spending their off-time traveling the world--together they have visited over 18 countries.  He was born in London and also lived in Canada for about fourteen years.  Although he has only been with us a few months, he has consistently been our top salesperson and has had a perfect Customer Service Index. Even though he has nearly completed his PhD at Incarnate Word University, he chooses to stay in the car business because he enjoys working with people. Syed is known for treating all of his customers with respect and patience no matter who they are or what their background is.
